Long time no see! I'm sorry that I haven't found time to update the log, don't know if anyone kept following it or not. But I am planning on updating this more frequently, mostly for my own purposes. I have switched to PPL-program and had a push workout last night.

3x5 60 kgs (PR!)
Dumbbell shoulder press
3x8 18 kgs
Incline bench
3x 10 15 kgs
Dumbbell lateral raises
2x10 9 kgs
Pushdowns with a short bar and rope
Did 3 sets with bar, 2 with rope. Can't recall the weights.
