    Hey!

    Long time no see! I'm sorry that I haven't found time to update the log, don't know if anyone kept following it or not. But I am planning on updating this more frequently, mostly for my own purposes. I have switched to PPL-program and had a push workout last night.

    9/14/2020

    Bench press

    3x5 60 kgs (PR!)

    Dumbbell shoulder press


    3x8 18 kgs

    Incline bench

    3x 10 15 kgs

    Dumbbell lateral raises


    2x10 9 kgs

    Pushdowns with a short bar and rope

    Did 3 sets with bar, 2 with rope. Can't recall the weights.

    Hack squat (Leg press was in use so we decided to go with hack, what a horrible exercise this is.. in a good way.)

    Lat pulldown (2 sets with wide grip, 2 sets with narrow)
    4x10 60 kgs

    Seated row
    2x 10 30 kgs per one arm.

    Did some bicep work on machines and some incline dumbbell curls

    (Been a while since the last time I've done this, felt quite good.)

    Wide Lat Pulldown

    Narrow grip cable row

    Narrow Lat Pulldown

    2x10 50 kgs

    Wide Grip Cable Row

    2x12 42,5 kgs

    Some bicep curls with a machine and concentration curls with 8 kgs dumbbell.
