My favorite wrestler back in the day, next to Super Fly Snuka! I loved his motivation videos, such an awesome guy outside of the ring. Sucks that he is gone.
I listened to the whole thing and I love the part where he talks about being strict with your diet, having to eat 4 meals a day, getting proper sleep, and taking this and that supplement, and he basically says it's all bullsh*t. Then he goes on the to say the best shape in his life is when he was averaging 4 hours of sleep and eating whatever he could when he was on the road. Bumping this back up because I don't live the bodybuilding (or lifter) lifestyle. I only train once a week for the last several years consistently (consistence is key), and before that I'd sometimes only train about once every 2-3 weeks.
I'm literally following Mr. Hellwigs' (Ultimate Warrior) advice in his last sentence except for I do this on Saturday mornings, not after work.
I've always done an occasional 21 repper, but for the last couple weeks I'm using at least 20 rep squats on my warm-ups, not my final sets.
I've never felt phucking better in a life, I feel like a new stronger person. All I can think about is now doing a set of 25-30 reps on my full squat warm-up set with over 225lb.
I've had back pain for over 20 years, until these last few weeks, no phucking pain AT ALL, not even aches. I can't believe it.
I'm also squatting over 300lb after those warm-ups and dead-lifting over 405.
Kidfreeze, I didn't get a chance to reply to you because I got banned for posting a pic of steel that I bent as an avi, but I knew you would like what he was saying earlier in the vid, in fact I actually thought about you when I was watching it.
