What are your 2 biggest problems you are facing when it comes to losing fat?

Hey there, I'm Robert and I'm an Online Coach for weight loss.
Don't worry I'm not here to sell you anything I'm just doing a little research to further help my clients regarding the subject.

I try to make the lives of young men easier when it comes to weight-loss. Hence, I have these two super simple questions:

    1. What are the 2 biggest issues you are having when it comes to weight-loss?
    2. regarding your food, nutrition, diet, weight loss, your weight, staying fit - what do you wish for more than anything else?

Thanks in advance, looking forward to reading your comments

For me (when I just started) was:

    1. I didn't know what to do and how to start the process.
    2. Get an aesthetic physique that I could be comfortable and proud of. Also, maintain it in the long run.

    Have a nice week

For me its staying on the wagon at the weekend. I usually hover around maintenance calories but I cant turn down social occasions and it affects progress.

Another one is getting too hung up on the scale number when I weigh in on friday. Even though I feel and look thinner, I've felt "punished" when the scale has not reflected the work I have put it.

So consistency at weekend with diet and learning to not live by the scale

    1. First one is I eat big and unclean if I'm not actively controlling my food intake like I am right now, so I guess the craving for pigging out. It'll always be there and it's under control as I'm dieting, but it's one of the most difficult and that's what you asked.

Second one is I hate working out in the morning/afternoon and on Sundays my gym closes at 1pm and holidays anywhere from 1-3pm so I don't always go. Other days I workout fine at my preferred time of 9pm+.

    2. To get lean and start bulking. Should be 2-3 more months at the pace I'm in.

Getting to stay on a particular exercise routine was an uphill tasks for me. Normally, i would wake up every morning to do mile work while sometimes, i would just lay on by bed.

Well, i got some motivational guide online and it has been helping me ever since.
Losing weight was very hard for me even when I eat reasonably well? I tried out this http://bit.ly/31oBnAB Fatty Liver Fix guide and now, i am getting used to burning my fats and building my body to stay fit.
