    Degress?

    The other day I got under the bench and was doing what I did two days prior as well as two days the week prior and had a hell of a time. I was feeling ill at the time but still made it through my run.

    Also, I've been at 20 pushups in a row, working to 25. But today could barely pump out 15. Been sick this weekend though I feel better today. Gonna wait til Tuesday during upper day and then work on some pushups. See where I'm at.

    Is the a reason I'd go DOWN in weight or numbers of reps able to perform?
