Hi All, What are your recommendations for the best vertical climbers available today to emulate climbing or any other exercise that requires lifting body weight. I require at least full-body impact and not just the legs.
As weird as it sounds give the concept2 skierg a try its a different sort of movement almost all upper body anterior chain.
A versaclimber is almost entirely legs posterior chain all your upper body does is hold the handles IMHO.
