    Great work going on in here Dave! Nice job on the double at 315! Looks like you are putting up some great numbers all around. I hear you on having a hard time finding the time to journal. It has been really hard for me for the past year or so, especially since having another kid... I'm a massive slacker in here now but try to at least stop in once a week or so. Hopefully things calm back down at some point and I can get back in here more regularly. Keep up the great work man!
