    Need help! Powerlifting and cardio?

    Im doing 5x5 with some accesory exersises 3 times a week i just want to know if i can ad high impact cardio 1 or 2 times a week for 15 min will kill my gains? I read that i shouldnt do cardio after a lifting so how can i do this? Should i just not do any cardio?
