    Squat Form Check

Am I raising my hips too early? Any other advise would be much appreciated!

I think your knees should go out to the side more instead of forward. A video from the side view would be best to look for form problems.

I cleared some stuff next to my rack. I'll take a side view video on Monday. Thanks for the tip on the knees.

Your knees shouldn't go so far in front of your toes, they need to be out more. Also you can see the weight drift forward at the bottom of the squat. You are trying to get lower than your mobility allows for.

I understand what you are saying. I think I'm falling over a bit at the bottom just as I am coming up. Do I need to stay more upright at the bottom while coming up? I squatted for about a year last year till 255X5. I then had to take a year long break and am starting over all over again.

I'll look into mobility building warmups. Thanks for the suggestions!
