Unhappy Which doctor should I see if I can't gain muscle mass?

18M here. I've been making good progress during my first 6 month bulk(went from 62 to 73 kgs), then I stalled for one month, lost a dramatical amount of muscle mass during a one month cut due to extreme calorie cut(dropped from 72 kg to 64) and wasn't able to gain any muscle ever since.
I tried doing reddit ppl and the fullbody routine I had been following since I started but I couldn't gain any strength or muscle at all(chest and leg circumference didn't increase at all, while arms shrunk by 1cm).
My diet, which I was able to make gains on during the first bulk, is in check. I eat 2600 kilocalories daily(400 surplus), out of which 150g are proteins, 250g carbs and 90g fat. I don't take any supplements since I was able to gain muscle without them. I managed to gain 5 kgs on it but only on my waist. I sleep 8 hours a day and don't have a stressful life so cortisol and recovery shouldn't be a problem.

I can't find any relatable experiences on the internet, so I decided I have to visit a specialist. Which ond should I see?

You don't need to see a doctor, you need to get your nutrition back on track. If you aren't making progress that's a dietary issue, and then a training issue. Eat more food until you are back gaining a pound a week.

You destroyed your system (temporarily) losing 8kg in one month. It'll take a bit of time for you to restore normal hormone levels. Aim to gain 1kg per month and you'll make progress over time.

Don’t get frustrated, you’re very young and all you need is to keep eating more quality calories in addition to figuring out what plan works for you.

Just because something worked/ was working doesn't mean it will continue to do so. You don't need to go to a doctor. If you're not gaining weight at 2600 cals anymore then up the surplus weekly 'till you start gaining weight. Calorie surplus = weight gain. If you're not gaining it's because you're not in a surplus anymore. Your body may have adapted, and now needs more calories in than before
