Before you copy and paste a recipe. have you tried it?
I am looking for a recipe which actually works and doesnt freeze rock solid. High protein, low carbs and fats. We used to have one here in Australia which was like 20g protein from WPI. 1g fat, 7g carbs with 5g being fiber. something like that.
I have tried skim milk, almond milk. peanut butter, wpi, stevia and rock solid. a few other recipes are similar. want one that actually freezes and is smooth.

I've done frozen greek yogurt with protein powder which was pretty decent

Ahhh chobani low fat yogurt. if you freeze it however it goes hard. I have asked the original company how they made it but no reply. was so damn good
