Recommendation for an APP to track progress?

Ideally, something that will allow me to add my exercises and overall routine, and then input related data for each exercise, on any given day.

More specifically, id like to track/input my daily sets, reps and weight lifted, so I can accurately track progressive overload.

    Thanks in advance.

    I use this: https://download.cnet.com/Sticky-Not...-75560734.html

It's completely customizable and it has an infinite scroll if you desire to use it that way.

I'd post an example, but I use it on another computer.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.
