Unhappy PHUL or Fierce 5 intermediate?

Hello guys, honestly just want an opinion with someone whose been there done that, so ive been doing fierce 5 for about 7 months now, great gains but i want to start focusing on size since i barely look much bigger since starting fierce, my program recommends the intermediate but ive been researching and found PHUL and while they are similar i found phul has many more workouts and i really just want the size now, thanks for your answers il post stats below, and i like the intermediate more but if phul is better for size il definetly choose that route

    Starting weight(LBS):165
    Weight now (LBS):185

    Bench start: 100
    Bench now : 175

    Squat start: 110
    Squat now: 245

    OHP start : 65
    OHP NOW: 140

    Deadlift start: 65
    Deadlift now: 225

You've gained 20lbs, so you definitely are bigger. Sometimes its hard to tell when you see yourself every day, which is why keeping measurements help.

Personally, I feel like you could still milk more out of Fierce 5 novice. Considering that you're benching 0.95x bodyweight, squatting 1.32xBW (which sounds off considering its less than what you deadlift, which suggests that you may not be hitting proper depth, or it may be because you started heavier on the squat which also indicates that you have more progress to make on the deadlift) and deadlifting 1.22xBW. For reference, when I finished up Fierce 5 novice and moved on to an intermediate routine, I was benching 1.4xBW, squatting 2.03xBW (below parallel) and deadlifitng 2.71xBW.

That being said, if you've done multiple resets and deload on all your main lifts while eating, sleeping and gaining weight at a decent pace and you want to move on to an intermediate routine, then I'd pick the Fierce 5 intermediate (over PHUL). Mainly just because I recall PHUL to have some balancing issues and don't particularly like the set up of trying to split up 'power' and 'hypertrophy' into different days (considering they are interconnected).
