PC is the future, it's over for PoniesHey everyone, Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut is coming to PC on May 16! Today we're giving you all the details on cross-play support in Legends mode and the inclusion of a new PlayStation overlay, with support for PlayStation Trophies and more.
As we've announced previously, Ghost on Tsushima Director's Cut on PC contains the full game, the Iki Island expansion, and the cooperative online multiplayer Legends mode. Thanks to cross-play support, Legends players on Windows PCs can team up with players on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles and use in-game voice chat to communicate. You will be required to sign into your PlayStation Network account to access Legends mode.
Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut is the first PlayStation title on PC that uses a new PlayStation overlay, which includes your Friends list, Trophies, Settings, and your Profile. This feature is available on Windows PCs and will be accessible from the in-game menu or, for keyboard players, by pressing the "SHIFT +F1" shortcut on your keyboard.

All good stuff. I am just getting into Legends which is tremendous and still has a very healthy player base, this will only help. I wonder if ,y butt buddy Freeburner will play with me.
Curious how the overlay works and since I am not a pathetic PCcel I don't exactly understand how the whole thing works, but we would assume you use a launcher like Epic or Steam and this overlay thing runs along with it? How to PCcels feel about this as opposed to PS making it's own launcher?12-5-23

Not sure how exactly that works but it's a good thing if it is an overlay that simply works with steam
Tbf Sony could have their own launcher and it would be fine imo, they are a big company. It only annoys me when random little publishers stick launchers on their games. Even cdpr uses something called red launcher for their games, I find it wildly obnoxious.
As far as overlays I turn them off because I am multi monitor master race. My friends lists/discord/music is all on a separate screen so I disable overlays.
Cool that they added the ps trophies with it for the trophycels. Cooler if it actually added to your trophy count on the ps console.Sometimes I park in handicap spaces, while handicap people make handicap faces

Coolest would be a PC launcher that would let me play my PS library on PC or console. It definitely feels that with a big investment with the steam PS overlay and the trophy support they may be heading in that kind of direction. Would be a win for everyone... I won't have to re purchase games and can keep my library while Sony will get 100% of revenue from sales.

It's a Dell. And it needs at least double the RAM and another 2 gig SSD (if you were going to use it for things besides gaming).
The only piece of that is super expensive is the graphics card. Being Dell they no doubt get volume pricing on those kinds of things so they aren't paying retail. Also, I'm pretty sure they lose money on slickdeals as some kind of loss leader thing to make it up somewhere else.
