    Stomach Bloated - what am I doing wrong?

    Hello guys! I have been training for 6 months now and following same nutrition plan. I have gained muscle but gain fat% too (now around 15%). My problem is a constant bloating feeling with lot of gas and I wonder if I am making some mistake with my plan. I am putting some info below but let me know if you need any other info. Thank you 😊

    Height:1.84 cm
    Weight:84 KG
    Fat%: 15%

    Workout: 6 days x week (PUSH/PULL/LEGS)
    Cardio: Walking 4KM daily

    Calories:2600
    Carbs: 250
    Protein:190
    Fat:75

    Breakfast:
    Almond Milk - 250 ml
    Rice Cake - 2 cake (10g)
    Banana - 1 large
    Isopure Zero Carb - 25 g
    Frozen Blueberry - 167 g
    Organic Peanut Butter - 30 g

    Lunch:
    Salmon - 120 g
    Sushi Roll - 6 pieces
    Tofu Salad

    Dinner:
    Spinach - 200 g
    Chicken Breast - 200 grams
    Egg - 2 large
    Sweet potato - 200 g
    Bean Sprout - 250 g
    Alcohol Shochu - 250 ml

    Pre-workout:
    Rice Cake - 2 cake (10g)
    Banana - 1 large
    Isopure Zero Carb - 25 g

    Snack:
    Almonds - 25 g

    Water: around 3/4 liter daily

    Cut out dairy and protein supplements.

    Drink more water.

    Perhaps consider a good probiotic as well:

    Any changes in your diet can initially cause digestive issues.

    As 1MANU suggested, a probiotic will often help. You can also eat more fermented foods.

    Failing that, my money is on the alien tapeworm...

    Everyone reacts differently to different foods. Try swapping something out a week at a time and see if it helps.
