Hey guys,
I'm 5'11 170 (kind of skinny fat, 28 yo), just started lifting heavy about a month ago, and am going to be on tour for the next two months.
My ultimate goal is to get to a lean 175 (so probably a bulk to 180-185 and then a cut?) and then maintain.
My question is, if I'm going to be on the road, is there any way to continue building mass with minimal access to a gym, or should I just cut on the road and bulk when I'm home?
Im very regimented with food but on the road I'd pretty much need to rely on mass gainers because eating is unpredictable.
Thanks for any input you all have!

Travel around with a portable gym like the Rock.
Lol.
Seriously, what I would do is pre plan your travel plan and find gyms in the areas you will be staying. Have it all planned out before you go. Just like having the hotels planned out.
I would just do an internet search to see gyms in the areas and see what you’d have to do to be able to train there. Maybe even call there and explain your situation to them. See if you can get day passes or what you have to do.- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Unless you accept that you can't get to a gym when you want and do this instead https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004XIZN...ng=UTF8&btkr=1

I travelled the entire east coast of australia for about 2 months and was worried about losing muscle, managed to just use google to find local gyms for any village/town i went to, some of the most rural towns had gyms, finding a gym wasn't an issue for me so probably not for you! Eating enough will be more of a challenge and to be completely honest, you may need to save up a bit to buy ready made food rather thank making it on the road but if you have the facilities you are lucky!
