4 Weeks Out (True Novice)

Hey guys I’m 4 weeks out and just having serious doubts about competing. I feel like I don’t have the size; not gonna be conditioned at the level a show requires. I have a coach and of course she tells me to keep pushing through and I’ll get there. I’m 5’11 and clocked in at 175 last week; would have to guess my body fat sits around 6.5-8.0%.
