I'm a 33/yo guy, 6'2'' 215. I've been doing strongman/powerlifting for about 3 years. I bulked from 200 to 270, cut back down to 240 and hit 535 on my DL. I cut down to 215 and lost 60-70 lbs off my deadlift.
At 240 I hit 375 squat, 535 dl, and 265 bench. I have spinal stenosis in my spine in areas that relate to chest / tricep, so I don't know if that's why my press is ass but I also have very forward rotated shoulders due to years and years of slouching in computer chairs.
At 215 my goals would be 535 dl, 315 bench, 405 squat. But, I don't want to gain weight to hit those numbers. I've been holding steady at 215-220 for the last 3 months, I'm very happy with myself aesthetically.
Currently my max's are something like: 465 dl, 325 squat, 230 bench.
Is it realistic for a mostly natural lifter, I am on TRT from 20 years of obesity? If so, is following the basic powerbuilding routine what I should be using?
