    how to time your pre-work out nutrition ?

    my pre workout nutrition involves a good meal( glass of milk+ 2 eggs+ banana + a small babybel, lol) and a pre workout drink... Now i have been eating my meal and wait half and hour to an hour to take my pre workout drink and hit the gym.... what do you guys do ?

    I either train 2-2.5 hours after my first meal (about 700 calories from oats, berries, protein powder, nuts) or immediately when I wake up, In which case I just sip coconut water during my session.

    Zero stimulants. All I take is creatine mono and d3.

    Mine involves anything with some protein and some carba and fats. But i usually have eater a few hours before the gym. If I have eaten a big fatty burger from hungry jacks or macas I usually train a few hours after or i want to throw it up

    Not a physique competitor but hope to compete in powerlifting next year. Max bench 1RM with pause 160kg. 352lbs.

    I workout or run at 5am, so no time to eat. I'm in a fasted state, I just drink water. Been doing this for the past 15 years no issues and no low-energy.
