Simple as that,
Have been doing basic weightlifting few month ago. A beginers course. I however squat a lot through my life but I don't get stronger easily.
I will ask my couch how to improve my Front Squats but I also I'm curious if any of you could help. I love the exercise so that is a start. But I dont put on weight easily. I always try to do it ass to grass.
So some input from you por favor.

My Cleans are decent so that seems not to be an issue.
First it is mental, it is scary when I go to deep and try to get the weight up, almost feels like my back is going to snap.
I would say the first weakness is going with a heavy weight down and stoping for a moment.
The other is getting the weight up, once I lift more than my weight it gets challenging(As if my lower back is going to snap). I believe my lower back is decent in strength so I dont know why is it difficult to get the weight up?

What program are you currently using?
Basic training should include some type of progressive resistance program.
If your not on a program research one for you.
A good basic beginner program for strength would be Jim Wendler's 5/3/1.
Also review your technique.
Have your coach if qualified look at your front squat and make corrections if necessary.
A note all coaches are qualified adjust lifting technique.
They may be great at coaching their sport but not up on weight training.
Good luck.

You have a very good point but I think my body is not such that grows easily. It means I have to eat ALOT MORE than the average dude to get even decently big'Which isnt much, I will just add maybe 2 kilograms) not to sad about that but it limits me in strength. It takes lots of money, time and energy and also stomach capacity.
That said it is something I could atleast work on and develop as I have noticed a huge improvement in my performance the better my diet gets.

It's just lifestyle/habits my friend, a 300kcal surplus works the same for you, me, everyone. The exact amount of calories will differ, but the fact remains if you are currently maintaining addind 300kcal day will be plenty to trend bw upwards.
Put in half as much effort into making sure you eat to your goals as you too towards training in the gym and I guarantee your results will explode5 day full body crew
