Hi everyone!
I'm new to the whole bodybuilding life. I have been lifting weights in the gym for about two years consistently now and want to get into something a little bit more serious. For the most part, I have been trying to increase muscle mass and numbers.
Age: 22 Y/o
Height: 5'4"
Current Weight: 145 lbs
BF%: About 10%
I am not sure what numbers I should be hitting for bulking season or cutting season? I imagine I should try to hit somewhere around 155 - 160lbs at my height while staying under 15% BF. Then cutting down to maybe 150 in season. Any advice would be reall helpful! Thank you

Josh,
The secret for natural bodybuilding is "Lean Gain". You are young and haven't hit you "Muscle maturity" or "Man Muscle" yet. It varies for many, but honestly the average for this is about 25. Anyway, worry more about your nutrition and form. I promise the rest will take care of itself. Periodization is a great thing. Don't get hung up on the scale or how heavy the weight is your using.*INBA/PNBA - PNBA (Professional) Wheelchair Natural Bodybuilder*
