I don't think there are tests to monitor the amino acid profiles of the foods you've been eating. Also blood tests posted on the misc to back your diet are pointless, you could've just eaten before to skew them.


There are loads of products that have animal ingredients, from plastic bags to most beer and wines. Do you avoid all of these? Also do you wear leather, or have it in your car or home furniture?

I don't really get your line of thinking, i don't see many people claiming being vegan is bad for your health, just unnecessary.

I see more vegans pushing the 'veganism is better for your health' agenda, which simply isn't true.

If you want to be vegan for ethical reasons, that's absolutely fine. I find militant anti-vegans as annoying as militant vegans.
