first one elbow now both pain after pullups

Me:24y old made, doing gym only 1year with huge gains, then had to take a break for 6months had to help my dad...

Back in February this year after 6 months gym break I started again but with low weight. Next morning I had pain in my left elbow. Few months later went to an orthopedist made an MRI, he said everything clean. He also tested my elbow for golfers and tennis elbow also negative. He ordered me then to elbow specialist. She showed me my MRI and told me everything looks fine and then tested my elbow for pain with few strange pressure points with her fingers. I had no pain at all. She was confused and made an appointment for CT (end of this week)

Now even my right elbow started to hurt like my left with the same symptoms and on top of that now both have a small non-painful swelling behind the elbow bones near the triceps which are visible if my arm is stretched out next to my body

I LOVE GYM and only been working out for 1 year and this **** happens out of nowhere.

When and how it hurts: When I do Pushups a spot behind my elbow hurts more and more if I continue and sometimes my elbow locks when its angle of about 45 degrees as if something is between my elbow joints.

But a strange thing: I feel hardly no pain when I do pull-ups.
Everyday activities not a pain sign just by working out.

Can somebody help me and tell me what is going on my with elbows.

Do you do heavy cable tricep push downs? Those seemed to agitate my elbows a lot.

    No I never train that.

The day before the elbow pain started I trained: bench press, dumbbell bench press and dumbbell biceps curl but with low weight. I also did this the day I started working out except the dumbbell bench press.

Man I used to to 4 sets of 30 pushups at the end of my work out in my prime time but without any signs of elbow pain and now I do 5 baby pushups and my elbows cry like crazy. that makes me so angry and hopeless at the same time. I can not get rid of this for months now and on top of that my right elbow also starts the ****.

Very weird for your elbow to lock and not see anything on MRI. Definitely get the CT and work with the specialist to try to figure out the problem.
