Last epic workout......... THEYRE ALL EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would say my last Epic workout was before going to Keto, PR on DL (measly 405x5 but still a PR for me!) which I was stoked to achieve. My new goal once I hit my target weight and get off Keto will be 500lb DL (I'll need a belt for that I think). C4U has been my go to since biting the bullet and picking up a couple tubs of it. I've been off it for a bit now (currently logging a diff pre) and can say that I really miss the fact that it can carry me through a workout if Im working on an empty stomach where as some others dont do that for me. I've got 10lbs to go and itll be back to strength lifting/"bulking" but even now C4U helps me when I need that boost.

One of the best pre-workouts available now.
My last epic workout was today. Finally finished my cutting and increased the amount of carbs. It drastically improved my performance and energy. Made a similar to c4u pre-workout mix with added 1.5g glycerol. Pumps were sick.

Last epic workout was this weekend! Took an intense pre-workout with about 30 grams of waxy maize carb and 1 gram of glycerol. Hit upper body and worked up an all around great muscle pump across several muscle groups. Then I played basketball for an hour or so after. Felt great after and for the rest of the day!

Last Epic workout?
This morning. Crushed legs, wobbled out. Dont think I impressed anyone, but may have made a few chuckle as I walked out in my leg day short shorts and left looking like a new born giraffe ...lol
Next epic workout?

Haven't really had a good "epic" workout for some times....kind of been hit and miss for me. Mostly cause I've been trying to lean out for quite some time so energy levels are effy.
But recently got a new piece of gym equipment (have home gym)
Was able to put it through an Ultimate test of what is was designed for as well as any extra exercise I could do with it.
Did the flat and incline then was able to do shrugs, row, and seated press.
Also have this set up in an spare upstairs room so can jump in and hit all these muscles whenever I walk by it...Last edited by stan47islav; 10-02-2019 at 11:04 AM.

Last epic workout was back in May when I hit the top score on our SWAT obstacle course. Beat the next top guy by about ten seconds. The course changes every time, but is made up of things like hitting a door with a ram, farmers walk, keg throws, log lifts, dummy drags, etc etc. In all honesty, it’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I do it again at the end of this month, gotta keep the crown!

Strawberry watermelon is da bomb (bought them both based on you and Burnt's recommendations) Orange mango is good... but SW tops it...
curious of this Arctic Bro-cone depicted in the OP pic though... sounds yummy.
Oh, and Ive been working on concentric movements and increasing flexibility this week which ill do for the next month or so to see how I feel.... weird in some exercises I have to drop weight significantly in others not so muchSalty.......... like Extra salty.......

I did 8 x 50 swings with a 24kg/53lb KB, with 20 pushups in between each set. Total weight swung = 21,200. I may go for 500 swings 5 days a week for a month, and see what happens. Pretty much everyone who does it says their body changes a LOT.
