    Exclamation What rep range, sets and percentage of 1RM is best for accessory work?

    I am starting the 5/3/1 tomorrow. I will be doing the 531, then FSL,BBB, then my accessory work which will be arms and traps on alternate days, and back every second day. I just don’t know what to do for them. For example is 3x6-8 barbell curls at 80% of 1RM good? Please leave suggestions of what I should do thanks

    You can't really use % of 1RM for accessories as you are not going to go set a 1RM in most of them.

    3 - 4 sets of rpe 8 to 9 should do
    5 day full body crew

    do them all, you can line it up with your 5/3/1 cycles, maybe first week do sets of 15, second week do sets of 12 and third week do sets of 8, obviously using heavier weights each time. Do multiple sets close to failure.
