I am starting the 5/3/1 tomorrow. I will be doing the 531, then FSL,BBB, then my accessory work which will be arms and traps on alternate days, and back every second day. I just don’t know what to do for them. For example is 3x6-8 barbell curls at 80% of 1RM good? Please leave suggestions of what I should do thanks
