If you aren't happy with your current doctor, go to another one. Always get a second opinion when in doubt.

I mean did the doctor take x-ray pictures to determine that the ribs were broken?
I highly doubt 3 doctors have no idea on what's wrong with you, or false claim you have broken ribs.
But you can try your luck with a sports doctor instead.

Yeah I also have x-ray pictures of my ribs and they all are good but docs didnt help me at all, in the first place he assumed that I had broken ribs once he saw the x-ray he said ok you can go now.

I have mri reports of my shoulder, elbow, neck, back, lower back, brain and there is nothing wrong with any of those joints and parts but I still have triceps and left side of my shoulder and chest muscle (pec major) pain.

In a week i will go for lung and mediastinum mri and i really wonder if that lung and mediastinum part will show pec major tear or anything related to it, because the pain is unbearable no matter if i rest it or use it the pain will remain there.

Can I really injury my pec major muscle with triceps pressdown? 36kg.

I live in a small city, there is no sport doctor here, the nearest sport doctor is five hours away from me.
