    Vasectomy - can't train for a month

Anyone else here had one? I'm booked in for mine next week and have been instructed to avoid heavy lifting for a month afterwards. I'm coming to the end of a bulk, currently 174lb up from 165lb in my profile pic taken 4 months ago. Planning to eat at maintenance for the month following the procedure, then go on a fairly short cut (6-8 weeks) to get ready for summer.

Any idea how much muscle I should expect to lose in a month of not lifting?

2 weeks off at the most. Just get back into it slowly.

Yea I had mine too (great decision, BTW). I was out of the gym for 2 weeks just to play it safe, like Iceman said. But, do lots of walking to keep the blood going and aid recovery. After that, no issues when lifting hard again.
