Complete life change (and of course, get shredded)

    Hey guys,

I always had this "I need to start working out", "I will be fit" thing since the beginning of high school but it took me until I became 24 to actually start. I did achieve significant results by running and doing something called GAPS diet but I couldn't sustain it and in about 1.5 years, I have gained all the fat that was lost, getting back to 96kg.

This year however (I am 26), I decided to complete an IRONMAN Triathlon under 12hr in 4 years. I started off with swimming 4-5 times a week and dancing regularly. And finally, I added a strict diet to my program where I do not consume any product that has gluten, no rice, no bulgur (a significant thing in my local cousine) and, no product that has added sugar in it. My only exception is deli products.

At the moment, I am around 83 kg (will post my fat% etc. when I get it checked) and my fat is still present in the belly, chest and hips region (at least my face and arms got thinner and gained definition).

Now, to lose those hard to loose fat I am planning to start a new daily routine. I might be trying to bite more than what I can chew but will see what happens. The plan is as follows:

Wake up at 6 except for Thursdays.

    Modays:

Start off with a short warm-up after waking up
    Do a daily HIIT workout
    Do a daily abs workout
Finish off with a light yoga/meditation
Top it off with a cold shower

    *After work*
    Light warm-up
    Light swim
    Cold shower

    Thuesdays:

Start off with a short warm-up after waking up
    Do a daily HIIT workout
    Do a daily abs workout
Finish off with a light yoga/meditation
Top it off with a cold shower

    *After work*
    Light stretch
    Dance class

    Wednesdays:

Start off with a short warm-up after waking up
    Do a daily HIIT workout
    Do a daily abs workout
Finish off with a light yoga/meditation
Top it off with a cold shower

    *After work*
    Light warm-up
    Light swim
    Cold shower

2-3 hours of dance practice (It is not a non-stop practice, I pace myself)

    Thursdays:
(unlike other days, I will wake up at 8:00 am)

Start off with a short warm-up after waking up
    Do a daily HIIT workout
    Do a daily abs workout
Finish off with a light yoga/meditation
Top it off with a cold shower

    *After work*
    Light warm-up
    Light swim
    Cold shower

    Light warm-up
    Dance class

    Fridays:

Start off with a short warm-up after waking up
    Do a daily HIIT workout
    Do a daily abs workout
Finish off with a light yoga/meditation
Top it off with a cold shower

    *After work*
    Light warm-up
    Light swim
    Cold shower

    Dance (optional)

    Saturdays:

Start off with a short warm-up after waking up
    Do a daily HIIT workout
    Do a daily abs workout
Finish off with a light yoga/meditation
Top it off with a cold shower

4-5km run and/or a bike ride at a leisurely pace

    Dance (optional)

    Sundays:

    Morning run in the forest

    *noon*
    Do a daily HIIT workout
    Do a daily abs workout
Finish off with a light yoga/meditation
Top it off with a cold shower

    Dance practice

    Notes:
I am yet to have an early rising habit or a morning routine so this week, I will cultivate those this week (I am feeling under the weather for the past 2-3 days so I will only be doing yoga for the first week)
Dance lessons and practice are part of my life for more than 2 years now so they are in no form an added load.
If I get a chance, I will be swimming in the mornings as well rather than doing it after work.
I would like to include longer biking and running sessions but I do not want to destroy myself, everything will be incorporated in time.

Bonus: I will be cooking most of my meals and will follow Intermittent Fasting schedule.

I will see if this is sustainable
My first goal is to complete this for 30 days
    Please hold me accountable
I am open to any suggestions and critics

    Cheers!
