He gets the media to cover Veterans endorsing him for 15 minutes and then says, "I was wrong, whatever" and then continues on.

What is infuriating is how the media will put the same spin on the matter instead of talking about all the issues at hand. They are outraged at the fact that Trump was discussing Biden with Ukraine. They have no interest in reporting what they were talking about regarding possible corruption when Biden was VP.

For example, suppose Trump finds a letter on his desk addressed to Hillary Clinton. He opens it and finds out it is a smoking gun discussion of a murder Clinton ordered.

Media coverage would be how Trump broke the law by opening a letter that was not addressed to him.
