my dumbness when it comes to working out
I am very interested in restoring my help. I have been blogging for last 4 1/2 years and my work is very sedentary. I almost spent 9-12 hours of my day seating in front of 2-3 monitor screens. Either I was monitoring the performance of my blogs and websites or doing keyword research or writing blogposts. Right now I have connected to this forum Bodybuilding so that I get inspiration to get healthy again. Group dynamics is real and it helps a lot to be among like minded peers. I once asked on Quora how does taking supplements improves our health if we don't workout. So most of the people advised me to do some sort of physical activity first then after that you can start taking supplements (proteins). Some of those folk suggested me some good brands like ON.
But to be honest this transformation is anything but easy. Initially when you start working out you start to feel lethargic in less than 5 minutes. And we have this mental barrier to, I started working out 2 weeks earlier and I used to come back within 15 minutes of aerobics and I used to watch 1 or 2 episodes of my favorite sitcom then take shower and then binging for almost 2-3 hours with lots of snacks (I used to have this in my mind that now I have worked out for at least 15 minutes so that I can eat anything and everything)... I started at a wrong time too there were so many movies releasing that I used to think that now I am feeling so lethargic and I should not kill myself in the process of regaining health then why not I should I go back and watch movies on what's the harm if I can watch a movie or two episdoes of my favorite sitcom.
Now what I do to overcome this problem is I workout multiple times a day. My Weight is around 80kg and my height is 177 cm. So I do workout in 3-4 sessions through out the day. I beleive I would be able to do more in span of 1 or 2 months if I dont quit and keep going.
