    How to lose upper body muscle fast?

    Hi, guys! I've become a little bit more obsessed with the gym the past two years than expected and combining this with my natural athletic figure I gained too much muscle on my upper body than I wanted to. The thing is I still love lifting weights but I really want to lose shoulder and arm muscles. I just don't feel "feminine" enough. (PLease, don't take this negatively, I don't want to offend anybody but it's just how I feel for myself).

    Just lose fat. You are probably conflating fat for muscle anyway - most of us don't realise how little muscle and how much fat we have - even on our limbs - and even if it doesn't wobble.

    Muscle loss is unhealthy and not something which is appropriate to discuss on a bodybuilding forum ether.

    Post a pic for better advice. It may be excess fat as it is difficult for anyone really to have too much lean mass (naturally anyway). This doubley true for women.

    Agree with the above posters. Lose some weight and at least half of what you thought was muscle will have turned out to actually be fat.
