Which muscle(s) to work on for this?

have a look at this image: ibb.co/JpYxGRz (use copy paste)

Which muscles should I work on to get this toned curvature? Tricep? Shoulder?

Is losing arm fat important part of getting this shape? Any tips on how this can be achieved?
What are your thoughts on swimming to lose arm fat?

You can’t target fat loss to a certain area it’s a common misconception. Just lose bf in general if you want a toned look through cutting or just eating healthier. To get that curvature work side delt and medial head of the tricep. But I recommend hitting the whole delt and triceps unless you want a muscle imbalance, but those are the muscles you see there.
