    Damn...im coming off a long dreamer bulk right now.

    I have the same physique as OP except im 5"9 200 pounds..plan on cutting to 165.

    Do you think if OP cuts 30 pounds he will see abs, and shredz?

    Would you guys advise him to bulk or cut right now?

    How often does that happen though? Lean bulking is a lot more difficult considering how regimented and precise you have to be and minor hiccups can throw a whole week off. Not to mention your maintenance calories are always changing as you go through different periods of stress and hormonal fluctuations.

    Show me one person who’s 245 lean at a normal height who got there by lean bulking.

    Show me someone who's 245 lbs at a normal height and ripped as a natural bodybuilder. You won't find anyone.
    In fact Arnold Schwarzenegger was 235 lbs at 6ft2, which is above normal height. And you want someone shorter to be even heavier than that whilst lean? Lmao.
    No one is ''lean bulking'' to 245 lbs if the goal is to become fat as hell.

    Lean bulking is actually a lot easier to do than bulking normally, because most people especially beginners bulk and gain way too much weight.
    With most of it being fat. Which results in having to cut just to get rid of all the excess gained fat which really just comes down to having your time wasted.

    Na fam i say OP should bulk to 190, at 2lbs per month...then cut to 155-160 and then lean bulk/maintain forever.
