    New program?

    So Ive been lifting consistently for the past 6-7 months or so, and for the past 4 months I have been using candito's Linear program. however Im not sure if I am making the amount of progress I could/should be making with this program

    Here are my improvements:
    (Bodyweight: 136 to 154)

    Bench press: 140ish to 175
    Squat: 185 to 235
    Deadlift: 215ish to 260
    OHP:???? To 95

    My question right now is if thats an acceptable amount of progress for 4 months, and if not what other programs can I try to improve my strength? (Something that also allows me to work on conditioning would be nice)

    You realize if you continue to make the same amount of progress for a year you will have put over 100 pounds on your bench and 150 ish on squat and dead? If you're disappointed with this progress I have bad news for you when you actually get strong.

    keep it up man, with age your lifts will also go up, you're only 16 and those numbers are already impressive.
