Blokk Reviewing BPI Strength Gainz & Keto Creamer

So this will be an on-going review. My initial impressions, mid-use and final results. Strength gainz will be used everyday and as for keto creamer, which is basically the same as keto bomb, which is one of my all-time favorite supplements (even have it in siugnature along with dymatize liquid aminos) I use it during studying as a snack.







Flavor - 3/5 (Lemon Lime) I had higher expectations for this flavor. BPI makes awesome flavors, but I wasn't much impressed. It was a bit tasteless with slight lime peel bitterness. Expected more of a slightly tart and sweet lemonade flavor.


Mixability - 4/5 Mixes pretty well considering the dosage.





Profile - 5/5 I really like the profile. 5g of creatine with some eaa, carbs and himalayan pink salt. On workout days, I will be using it post or intra workout.

Past week has been very intense: job, several interviews, career training, broke up with gf and studying But still, I skipped gym only twice
I didn't alweays take strength gainz on workout days, because my pre already had 5g creatine. So totally it lasted me a bit more, then 20 days. I always took it before going to bed, because after taking it I felt more relaxed. It definitely helped with recovery. As for strength, no acute changes in strength but after about 2 weeks I increased my bench press from 220 x 7 to 220 x 11 and pumps were also better. So I had all the typical creatine feelings. and definitely liked the effects. Hard to say, were the effects stronger, then for creatine mono, but definitely it worked.

As for the Keto creamer






It's the best tasting supplement for me. Since I'm not on a keto diet and not a big fan of coffee taste, I used it as a coffee creamer between my major meals. It supressed my appetite and made my coffee taste so good. It's slightly salty and caramel flavor is very natural. In the beginning it clumps, but dissolves in several minutes and forms a layer on top, like a cacao or milk. It's definitely one of my favorite supplements and definitely the best tasting one.

Man I love this stuff. It might not mix that well intially, but taste is really outstanding.
