The package says 250 calories per 100 grams for plain ribs.
However most of the ribs' weight are in bones. There's hardly any meat on them.
I have a hard time believing that 3 pieces of ribs are around 600 calories when i can eat 3 entire pork chops with more meat on them for only 450 calories.
Do they mean 100 grams of actual rib meat is that many calories or simply with the bones included? It be impossible to calculate otherwise unless you weigh the leftover bones and subtract it from the starting weight.

How do ribs contain so many calories?

Yes. They mean the edible parts without the bone. 3 pieces of ribs is closer to 2-300 calories, which is still high because ribs are about the fattiest meat you could eat and it's really not much actual meat compared to almost anything else. If you're strictly counting calories on a cut, I'd avoid ribs tbh. There are plenty of healthier, better tasting, and more satiating options imo.

I thought pork was just pork. Didn't expect it to be this high in calories. And yeah they are better to avoid, but i figured if i just eat 3 individual ribs with some rice, it will still fit in my daily calories. Although since they take up so many calories, i definitely won't be eating them often.

All animal proteins (aside from dairy, which has some carbs) are a mix of fat and protein, and the 2 are inversely related. The more protein, by definition there is less fat and calories, and vice versa. Depending on what part of the body the meat is from, the protein/fat balance will vary.
Think chicken breast at one extreme, and pork belly/bacon/sausage at the other.
