    Question Searched but can't find....pre workout without beta alanine

    Hi
    I'm allergic to added beta alanine. It causes a histamine response and my excema flares up.

    I don't do coffee or eat before a workout...they make me ill at 430am when I workout.

    So is there a good pre workout that doesn't contain beta alanine? I Googled but all had it. I searched this forum and zero results found that someone asked.

    What do you want out of a pre? It almost seems half and half whether pres have them or not. Some people such as yourself hate it's inclusion, but contrarily others won't take a pre that doesn't have it.


    How much caffeine are you looking for? Low, mild, high, or none? Why does coffee make you ill, but a pre doesn't/wouldn't?
    Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

    When searching for pre's, look for one's that say "Pump." These usually don't have any beta alinine. PES High Volume comes to mind. And also, Scivation Quake 10.0 is an extremely well rounded pre with no beta alinine.

    Mental clarity and stamina. I'm severely allergic to beta alanine so altho I prefer it, I can't have it.

    The acidity of coffee is what makes me sick but caffeine is fine. Whatever will make me move at 430am and do cardio without exhausting out
