    Pre-workout Recommendation

    There’s about a million different products and just as many different opinions so I figured I’d ask here what would be best specifically for my needs. I work out 4 days a week, every 4-5 weeks I’ll go 5 days, dedicating a day to just arms cuz, why not. My main goal is building muscle and strength. I’m 6’ and 215 lbs. what pre-workout would you guys recommend for me to maximize my workouts?

    Most of the quality pres on the market are basically the same currently +/- a couple of ingredients here or there. Buy from a quality company that fits your price range with a flavor that sounds good. Back 4-5 years ago there were some big differences, but everyone is playing it pretty safe now days.
    Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

    Do agree.

    What is your stim tolerance OP?
    Our Vapor One was released just this year. It's quite on the strong side in regards to stims, but it helps me get through PR after PR's Currently 30% off and stacks with other discounts

    Since you drink 3 cups of coffee a day and you feel your stim tolerance is high DON'T waste your time
    or $$$ on pre's with L-Theanine in the profile you won't feel the energy and Transparent Labs has a
    boatload of it in their pre. Look at a couple that others recommended in here and a few that have
    different stimulants other than caffeine. I suggest have a couple of different pre's and rotating them
    around each workout so you don't become tolerant to the energy effects. Look for deals on pre's there
    are plenty of them out there.
