Controlled Labz Freedom Pop Review

Shout out to Rob1882 and the rest of the Controlled Labz gang for hooking me up with a tub of Purple Wraath in the Freedom Pop flavor. So what is Purple Wraath? It is an EAA/BCAA type supplement intended to help with muscle recovery. Let's take a look at the label:

EAAS, beta alanine, betaine, and citrulline mallate but would love to know how much how much was in each particular ingredient.

Mixibility:


The powder mixed fairly easy. In 12 oz of water, it mixed in really easy. Didn't even need a grate or blender ball to get mixed in, just a couple of shakes n it's ready to consume.

Taste:
The Freedom Pop flavor was very delicious. The best way to describe it is a mixture of lime and blueberry. The part that impressed me with how STRONG the flavor is. Typically I mixed one scoop with my ½ gallon jug

Flavor still help up really strong which in turns can be beneficial for the consumer if only one scoop is needed for a half gallon.

Efficiency:
So I've been using Purple Wraath for the past 4 weeks. All my workouts are done fasted (only a preworkout taking upon rising) at 4am except Saturdays which are done at 6am. Also I've pretty deep in a cut (carbs at 96g daily outside of when I have my one weekly cheat meal). The first 2 weeks I was lifin 1 body part a day, lifting only 5 days a week. Past 2 weeks, I switched to push, legs pull, repeat hitting the gym for 6 days week (Cardio has been at 6 days a week the whole time). The recovery aspect certainly has been shining in that regards with me being able to hit each weight session and cardio session and still get in quality work. Example: One day, I had hit arm that morning followed by HIIT work on the stairclimber for 20 mins and a 15 min incline walk on the treadmill. Then later on that day, I did a 30 min Sprint cycle class. The following morning, I still hit core and a 45 min incline walk. So 3 workout session in 24 hours certainly validated it for me as well as these past few weeks of 6 days a week.

Overall:
Purple Wraath is a solid EAA intraworkout that can assist with muscle recovery. The delicious Freedom Pop flavor that is strong on one scoop was a bonus. 45 servings is $41.45 and 90 servings is at $68.45 which are both a fair price (the 90 serving would be the better bargain value). Would easily recommend and use again
