NASM help

Hello. So I'm taking the NASM PT course (in UK), I finished all the theory exams and what I have left is the OPT 12 week predictive programming for level 3, where I'm a bit stuck. The material was good until this part, where little is explained, both in reading and online lectures. Now for some it may be easier because of personal experience, but I never did anything else but classic working out.

I tried looking for an instructor online on a tutor website to teach me for a couple of hours, and had no luck. Most just registered and are inactive.

Do you know any websites that have active instructors where I could try? Any other options (except going around gyms to ask)?
