1 Week Out!

Pretty pumped (no pun intended) for this show in a week. Been training hard, eating well, trying to do everything right. I feel I've made some gains since my last show and at 50 yrs old, I'll take any little bit I can!

I'll follow my last show's peak week protocol as I feel it worked well for me.

Anyway, this is from tonight
5' 9"
149.5 lbs (Jesus I hate admitting to that....lol) I'm pretty dieted down right now. I don't care for my look at this weight; I like to be around 15lbs heavier but that's what the judges want in a natural show.



Kind of a Physique'ish stance but I'm competing in BB'ing; just wanted to show dem obliques!

It was a very small show with only 3 bb'ers; I ended up taking 1st in 50+, 1st in 40+ and second overall

Maybe 5-6 classic guys; 3 physique guys and the rest bikini, women etc... I think 34-36 total competitors.

Now back on the horse, slow bulk for 4 months and then cut for 3 for first show in April 2020!

I'm with OCB and this was a small fall show in Maine
There's a larger show in the spring I do, the PineTree, a Pro/Am that usually draws ~130 competitors; then I'll do another Pro show in NH 4 weeks after that.
