Trying to perform a Bench Press and my upper back muscles keep cramping up! Any suggestions to improving form?

Probably not a form issue bro. I assume you're warming up enough? Super quick rest breaks and doing things in a bad order can make you cramp, you're not doing upper back exercises right before bench press right?

Make sure that a few days a week you are working the rear of your body as much as the front. A high pulldown such as Pullups, chinups, or Lat pulldowns, a horizontal row such as dumbbell bent over row, seated machine row, or cable low row, db/bb shrugs for traps, cable rope face-pulls to condition the upper back and posterior deltoids, band pull aparts to improve scapular retraction. Hopefully you are doing a full body routine that includes lower back and poster chain exercises such as deadlifts, or at a minimum some kettlebell swings.
