    iv been doing them with the ez bar for 20 years my shoulders are fine.... 20 years... **** im old...

    Never had an injury with them for years now, yet I had a buddy do them exactly the same as me and screwed his shoulders in about a month. A bit of a luck thing. For me they hit my upper back more than delts, I personally think they are better for traps than shrugs.
