    Help with cutting after 6 months

    Hi I was going to the gym witha. Mate but they've stopped and basically I don't really know what I'm doing I've been half following programs etc... But a pt told me I am lifting wrong and going to hurt my back doing dead lifts etc.. Also I am prone to leg ulcers so legs are weak but Im going back after 2 weeks off do u think this is a good routine to get some results with please?
