    Ryderwear shoes??

Can anyone recommend a decent shoe for deadlifts and squats? I heard chuck Taylor’s are good but I’m not a massive fan of them.
I have been squatting and deadlifting in my socks recently but was looking at Ryderwear D-Maks I’m just curious what they are like for sizing since I can’t try them on, I don’t want to purchase them, have them delivered then have to fork out to send them all the way back if they don’t fit. I like squatting and dead’s in socks but it would be good to have a decent shoe instead. Someone had mentioned the adipowers but I didn’t think you’d use them for deadlifts? I see people squatting and deadlifting in running shoes but I never feel secure doing it in my running shoes.

I read any flat shoe is good. However some do them on their socks and prefer it that way.

Footwise, you're already deadlifting in the best possible way: https://www.t-nation.com/training/go...o-get-stronger
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.
