Thumbs up Is this a plateu ? Not losing and staying around the same weight?

    Hello Guys,

Its been 3 weeks now and I have been tracking my weight everyday in the morning same way after washroom etc and I have fluctuated around 154 going up and down 1-2lbs some days however staying around this weight. The most I eat is at maintenance on weekends or when I am feeling really lethargic or need energy such as the days I work. Where I walking roughly 10k steps a day for the 3 days I work in which I also squat/lift and stand. Doing fierce 5 novice 3x a week and burn 300 calories 3x a week which I do not add back to MFP. I started going continuously to the gym and doing fitness a little while ago and has been roughly 4 months. During this 4 months I have lost 17lbs. I started at 171 and now weigh around 154, trying to get to 143 because I am fat. Using MFP I am already in a deficit but on top of that you can see total calories under or over your recommended caloric intake based on goal and I am usually under this. Is not including other exercises/cardio I have mentioned above. Hence the question why my weight is not shifting in the 3 weeks?

    Stats:
    Male
    22
    5'8"
    BMR: 1676

    According to: https://www.freedieting.com/calorie-calculator
    Maintenance: 2012 calories
    Fat Loss: 1609 calories

    According to: MFP
    Maintenance: 2080
    Fat Loss: 1520

Those BMR, TDEE, and Fat Loss calories are all just ballparks and your real number could be much higher or much lower than that. If you haven't lost weight for 3 consecutive weeks then lower your calories by 200-300 a day and/or increase activity levels.
