You and me both
I mean I think im on about 3.5k right now, and it's NOT difficult even when eating lots of whole foods...
4 x 1000 calorie meals... sounds like a good time! I mean, where's the burgers? The burritos? The cheesy eggs, the pancakes.... i mean hell, a meal consisting of just chick peas? lol..."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

I mix a protein powder with geek yogurt for dessert, then add a handfull of assorted nuts.
Almonds
Pumpkn seeds
Blueberries (frozen are much cheaper, last longer, and taste like icecream)
Nuts are high in natural fats and the casein from the greek yogurt gets me repairing nicely overnight▪█───────█▪

Lol you scrubs are so sensitive about other peoples' diets.
OP if you wanted to, you could just up your servings of each food within each meal to add 200 calories without breaking your wallet.Life is constant learning. Give advice about things you know. Ask questions about things you don't.
