    What other foods to make my bulk 4000 calories

    Currently i consume the below foods and it comes to around 3800 calories . What else can i consume without upping the servings? I like almonds but its really expensive where i live (asia). I do not like to consume sugar foods like cereal.

    Sweet or regular potatoes. Cheap and easy to bake/boil a bunch and keep them in the fridge to reheat or eat cold, can add them to most meals.

    I mix a protein powder with geek yogurt for dessert, then add a handfull of assorted nuts.
    Almonds
    Pumpkn seeds
    Blueberries (frozen are much cheaper, last longer, and taste like icecream)

    Nuts are high in natural fats and the casein from the greek yogurt gets me repairing nicely overnight

    Broccoli w/cheese
    Chicken thigh or steak

    Dessert: 300 cals of ice cream

    OP if you wanted to, you could just up your servings of each food within each meal to add 200 calories without breaking your wallet.
