Running out of steam mid to end of exercise

As the title states, lately I've been gassing out mid way through my workouts, some days ok, some days not... I don't take preworkouts as they're too hard on me, almost instant heart attack when I take it lol

Any suggestions of supplements that I could take to help boost my energy levels during my workouts?
