    Question Thoughts on fiber?

I recently switched to a bulking diet, and I noticed that my fiber levels went WAY up, almost between 120-160 a day. This is mostly because I always opt for the whole grain items, I like my wheat products, and I absolutely pile on the fruit and vegetables. Plus, I just seem to really enjoy foods that happen to have high fiber I guess. Even at my lowest cut stage I was probably getting 60+ grams a day.

Now, I don’t feel bad, I have my bloat days (accompanied with other stomach issues) but I also have days where everything feels good and runs smooth. So, do I need to be worried about bringing these fiber levels down? Or is it not really a big deal?

I’ve read some research but unfortunately nothing is conclusive, so I want to hear from people with experience.
